こんな旨いものがチェーン展開しているのか、東京は怖い所だとがたがた震えながら、乾いたポテトにチリ―ビンズをつけたり、スプーンで救ったりしながらコロンボの愛する料理を味わった。こんだけ旨いものならコロンボがしょっちゅう食べるのも、具が違うだか調味料が足りないだかで店員に怒鳴り散らすのもうなづける。
ちなみに、私がウェンディーズに出会ったその年の年末に、ウェンズディーズグループは全店舗を閉めて日本から撤退した。私にとってウェンディーズのチリビーンズのレシピを眺めることは、運命の数奇さを眺めることに似ている。その機微を味わうために、私はレシピを探し続けている。
ちなみに塩、胡椒、コンソメがないとおいしくならないみたいなので、気を付けてください。いくつかのサイトを回った結果わかったのは、結局味付けで旨いかどうか決まるということです。最後まで読んでくれた方にだけ大事なことを伝えるのが、僕の流儀さ！畜生だから許してね、チャオ！
